Project creating sport infrastructure
The project involves the construction of a sports ground with artificial coverage (for football, size 60x40), reconstruction of a football stadium with grass cover and automatic watering (the size of the stadium is in accordance with UEFA requirements), construction of a sports ground for volleyball, construction of a sports ground for training building, construction of a site with obstacles, construction of a sports ground for skating.
Water supply project and sewage disposal
The project involves the centralized provision of each house with water and the central sewerage and sewage cleaning.
Communication Project
The communication project involves the creation of a local multimedia newsgroup Radowell as an effective communication channel, which should provide direct (public awareness) and feedback and become a source of up-to-date news and other media content (music, education, etc.).

- daily news and articles for the Radowell community sites and the Radowell Biotechnology Lyceum

Household waste collection and sorting project
The project involves the collection and sorting of household waste.
The construction of a site for sorting, packaging and storage of waste, which is a secondary raw material (plastic, glass, metal, etc.) and construction of a landfill for disposal of non-recyclable waste.
The project of major overhaul of the Poyaski-Radowell road
The project overhaul of the Poyaski-Radowell road envisages the creation of a high-quality interconnection of the road of the village of Radowell and the village of Poyaski.
Creation of public areas
The construction of an area for outdoor entertaining and construction of a public building (based on the reconstruction of the cultural house).
- IN THE GENERAL USE BULDING WILL BE PLACED:
- culture and entertainment areas (cinema, adult music school, public art and folk crafts area, school and community museum (with oven), library, internet club (with PC courses), conference room for conferences of different levels
- commercial areas (office space, event hall with lots of people (christenings, weddings and more), regular pharmacy, veterinary pharmacy, coffee shop
- service areas (fitness, beauty salon, spa, post office)
Caretaking after people who require help
The community will take care of people who need help.
First and foremost, we are talking about single elderly people.
The village of Radowell envisages the construction of a home for the elderly, who can work together on a commercial and social basis.
Provision of citizens with energy resources
The project assumes the creation of alternative energy sources and gasification of the village of Radowell.
Safety
- THE CONCEPT OF THE SECURITY SYSTEM (FIRE SECURITY, BUSINESS SECURITY, HOUSING SECURITY, PRIVATE PROPERTY, SECURITY IN PUBLIC PLACES) PROVIDES:
- construction of a safety center (specialized space for the accommodation of a fire truck and fire brigade)
- the presence of a district inspector
- property security technical support
- establishment of a branch of a private security company or a private security company itself
Reorganization of a local government
Creation of effective mechanisms of self-governing (provision of services to the population), ensuring that the government works solely for the benefit of the community, full transparency of government activities.
